I was in my 20's when I took my first yoga class. This was in the 1970's; meditation, yoga, and other eastern practices were being explored by many people. I was one of them. Some months later, my in-laws visited and my mother-in-law observed -"There is something different about you." I was a bit taken back because I hadn't noticed. That is one of the beautiful things about yoga. It quietly transforms- mind, body, and spirit.
