Known for its natural beauty and fierce nature, The Lotus Flower is one of the most iconic symbols in the yoga world. Its roots are grounded in muddy water.  Despite these murky conditions, the lotus flower rises above the mud to bloom, clean and fragrant.  It is the journey of The Lotus, that inspired the creation of this studio: while your journey may be murky at times, it is our hope that you can use this space to find your true beauty
