Meet Melissa Smith!

I hail from Mechanicsburg, born & raised. I'm a stay at home momma to my legit first born (not really) Chappy, an almost 11 year old Schnauzer/Jack Russell mix & Liam my almost 2 year old free spirited toddler. I had never been to a yoga class prior to attending The Lotus in May and wasn't sure what to expect. After about 2 minutes in I could immediately feel that The Lotus was a safe space with NO judgement. I can't imagine practicing anywhere else! Yoga is.....addictive!
